Here are the details on the Spring Nash Bash Rugby trip. March 23rd, 24th, & 25th. I am requesting paid responses from players to reserve a hotel room and Game Time! If you do not pay you will not play so get it taken care of. I have 12 rooms reserved both downtown and near downtown depending on your price range. Check in Fri. March 23rd and check out Sun March 25th. Games on Sat. and Sun.

Prices:

Tournament entry     $25.00 (for all players)

Hotel #1 Best Western 711 Union St 6 rooms (downtown) 280.00 (2 night)

70.00

EST: divide by 4 = 70.00 a person

                   Or

Hotel #2 Ramada 303 Interstate dr. 6 rooms (stadium / $8.00 cab to down town) $200.00 $50.00

Est 4 people = 50.00 a person

Total to be paid up prior to the tournament= ($95.00 or $75.00)

Must be paid by Feb. 24th first practice

If you want a separate room then let me know so we can work out the details. If you want to sneak in a few guests to save cash, fine, just let me know and yes you still owe for the tournament.

Also let me know your drive situation. Some people will need rides and if you have room then let me know. We all save money if we car pool & I can drink on the way!!!!!

I still hope to get enough players for an A & B side. Think about it, we will not be short players. You will have a chance at 4 games instead of 2. In the event we have 20 players register, I will push for the B-side. Entry fees will be adjusted according to the number of paid players and refunded or collected later.
